I would like to know if you use the Thunder Bay smart centre what your experience is there.  There is also a smart centre in Winnipeg if you find yourself in the west part of the state.

Hi,
John said you were the one to contact regarding the Dells Wisconsin event next June 2011. I'm from Denver and would love to not only attend, but help if possible, in the planning/organizing of the event? Unfortunately the Smart dealership in Denver has no interest in helping-supporting-promoting any type of events or even letting us know who any other smart owners are for this area to try to form our own group. Because of this we are looking elsewhere to join! We thought the Nationals were great! Please advise.

Thanks, will be waiting for more info. Are we suppose to pre-register for the Nationals? If so, can we do it online or can we do it in KC when we arrive? Do we also need to pre-register for events?

Jeff I need a favor. The wife and I had planned on the 1st national in Kansas City but seems that I developed a problem. Back in January I found out the I have prostrate cancer. That's not the problem. I was suppose to have surgery on April 20 th and if I had it then we would have made the trip. But I cought a bad cold and surgery has been backed up till June 8th.. As for the cancer, it was discovered vary early so after surgery there should not be any more problems. If there is a 2nd National we will be going.
Now for the favor. Last year at the MIdwest rally there were the stickers we could put on the car. Could you possibly get me one? I'll pay you for it. If you can, let me know and I'll e-mail you my home address.

Hi Jeff, sorry I haven't been able to keep in touch lately. The events lately have conincided with important events within my family: My daughter graduated from college, my husband graduated from college, my younger daughter had confirmation at church, and she also had prom.... the list seems to go on. I hope I will be able to participate more in the coming year....

Jeff, thank you so much for organizing this weekend at the Dells. It was a great time had by all, and my friend Eric enjoyed it as well. On our way back to the Dells from the ferry, I know a lot of traffic was stopped trying to turn left from the highway. A Harley owner just looked at all of us passing and just sat there shaking his head. Eric and I had a good laugh at that one! It was really cool seeing the people who lived along the highway waving at us too! We went to the drive-in movie later...that was fun. We "tailgated" and had snacks left over from lunch. I was sitting in the passenger seat and found out I could extend my legs all the way straight under the dash! I never knew this before, being the owner and always driving.

Later that day, back in Milwaukee, my friends and I were at Locust St. festival. There were 3 of us and all wanted to get home without leaving one behind to walk. (it was only about a mile and 1/2) One friend sat in the seat while his girlfriend leaned on him and extended her feet under the dash. It wasn't the most comfortable ride, but we weren't going far.

Thanks again for this weekend. I hope we will do this on a yearly basis. I'm sure we could get A LOT more people to come next year and have as much fun as my friend Eric and I did.
